BEACH SAFETY!!

 

All Pacifica's beaches, parks and the pier are Smoke Free! No smoking - take a breath of fresh ocean air!

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GROUPS OF 50 OR MORE AT ANY LOCATION MUST OBTAIN A USE PERMIT ONE MONTH PRIOR TO SCHEDULED USE!!!

Pacifica Trails and Walkways

Hours for Oceana Tennis Courts
The Oceana Tennis Courts at 401 Paloma Ave., Pacifica CA
Hours of Operation to the public are:
Mon-Fri: 3pm until Dusk
Sat, Sun: 10am to 4pm

Hours for Terra Nova Tennis Courts
The Terra Nova Tennis Courts are located at 1446 Terra Nova Blvd, Pacifica, CA

If you have any questions about access to the tennis courts, please call Jefferson Union High School District at 650-550-7900.

Please note that the Oceana and Terra Nova High School Tennis Teams have priority for court usage during the high school tennis season. Also, some courts will not be available when Parks, Beaches and Recreation Dept. offers classes. Please visit our registration website to see when we offer classes.


Dog Park Hours
Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 10 AM to 8 PM or sunset, whichever comes first
Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM
Closed on Sunday and Tuesday



Pacifica's natural surroundings offer recreation opportunities both at its beaches and in its parks. Please click on the menus to the left for more information.

Please note: No inflatable jump/bouncy houses are allowed at any park or on any beach in Pacifica.

PB&R Fees and Prices

Recreation Trail Use Permit      $150/day
Frontierland Park - Large Group Picnic Area  $225, $25 non-refundable deposit due at booking
Beach Events over 50 people  $175
Surf Events (businesses, out-of-town groups)  $650
Surf Events (local non-profits)  $325
 Film/Photo Shoots      $600 commercial, $900 major commercial plus other fees based on staff time, impact on area, etc., $100 non-profits, students
 Beach Weddings      $250 for 99 or fewer, $350 for 100-150 people  


Dogs on Beaches - Dogs are allowed on all Pacifica beaches but they must be on leash.
The only off-leash beach is Esplanade Beach (down the stairs near the Land's End apartments)

For parks maintenance issues, please call Public Works at 650-738-3760.
Also, please clean up after your pet and dispose of all solid waste in the garbage cans. Thank you!
